Roasted Cauliflower 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut cauliflower into bite size florets. Preheat oven to 425°, on a baking sheet drizzle olive oil over cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender and browned. About 20 to 25 minutes
