Vegetable Salad 23 Recipe

  • 1 can French style green beans, drained
  • 1 can Leseur sweet peas, drained
  • 1 can white shoe-peg corn, drained
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped (medium)
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 jar chopped pimentos (large jar)
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms (large jar)
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Sugar
Combine first eight ingredients. Then heat vinegar, oil, pepper, water and sugar in a pan and heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Make a few days ahead and keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
