Tangy Vegetables Recipe

  • Vegetables
  • 1 can LeSeur peas, drained
  • 1 can French style green beans, drained
  • 2 long sticks celery, diced fine
  • 1/2 Green pepper, diced fine (medium)
  • 1/2 Onion, diced fine (medium)
  • 1 jar diced pimentos, drained, chopped fine (small jar)
  • Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 cup Salad Oil
  • Dash of paprika
Combine all vegetables. Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over vegetables. Marinate mixed vegetables overnight in dressing. Stir several times, if possible. Drain well 30 min. before serving.
