Ingredients
  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 cups cookied chicken, diced
  • 1 can mushrooms, diced
  • 1/4 cup pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook spaghetti according to package; drain.

In a small saucepan, cook soup. Add 3 cups of cheese and stir until melted. Add chicken, mushrooms and pimentos. Season with salt and pepper.

Add noodles and broth; stir to combine.

Place in 3 quart casserole dish, top with cheese.

Bake 30 minutes.
