Vegetable Kishke 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Flour
Directions
Puree vegetables and oil in blender. Add seasonings. Slowly add flour until thick enough to be formed into a log. Form mixture into flat log and wrap in damp piece of parchment paper. Place on top of the cholent mixture and cover the crock pot.
