Pea Salad 38 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can shoepeg corn
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can french green beans, drained
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • DRESSING:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Bring the sugar, vinegar and salt to a boil and cook. Cool. Add to vegetables.
