Chicken Pasta Salad 18 Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups elbow or spiral macaroni
  • 3/4 cup canned chicken drained (6 ounce)
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, diced (small stalk)
  • 1 carrot, grated (1/2 C.)
  • 1/2 cup light salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup peas (optional) canned, drained or frozen peas
Cook the macaroni according to pkg directions and drain.

Mix macaroni, chicken, green peppers, celery and carrots in a bowl.

Add salad dressing and mix together.

Add canned or frozen peas if desired.

Chill before serving. 2 servings.
