Rotel Soup Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato juice (48 ounce can)
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cooked and chopped
  • 1 can Veg-All (large can)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can Spanish rice
  • 1 can cream style corn
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add tomato juice. Add cooked, drained potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in a Crockpot overnight or 1/2 day on low.
