Banana Pudding Fruit Salad Recipe

  • 1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice (large)
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained, save juice
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 package banana pudding, not the instant pudding (large pkg)
In a bowl combine pineapple, oranges, and cherries and set aside. Cook your pudding using the juice instead of milk until thick, then cool. Once the pudding is completely cool, add it to the fruit and then add your sliced bananas and stir.
