Molded Fruit Salad Recipe

  • 1 package Lemon Jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup cream style cottage cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and chill until partially set. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into 1 quart refrigerator tray. Chill until firm. Cut into squares; put on lettuce leaf and top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
