Seafood Chowder 2 Recipe

  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 - 5 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz pkg)
  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 1 1/2 soup cans of milk or cream
  • 1 cup corn kernels in liquid
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup crab
  • 1 1/2 cups scallops, chopped
Brown onion and garlic in butter. Combine and heat cayenne pepper, cream cheese, soup, milk and corn. (You may use more milk to thin soup.) Just before serving, add shrimp, crab and scallops. Heat until all ingredients are heated through.
