Slow Cooker Harveat Chicken Soup Recipe

  • 1 pound Skinless Chicken, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 2 unpeeled Red Potatoes cut inch 1/2 inch pieces (medium)
  • 1 Onion coarsely chopped (medium)
  • 1 cup small Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Yellow Summer Squash coarsely chopped (medium)
  • 1 teaspoon Peppered Seasoned Salt
  • 2 Carrots sliced (medium)
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Basil Leaves chopped
Spray 10 in skillet with cooking spray, heat over med-high heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with peppered salt. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until brown. Mix chicken and remaining ingredients except broccoli, squash, and basil in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours. Stir in remaining items, increase heat setting to high. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender
