Best Ever Fried Salmon Patties Recipe

  • 1 can pink salmon
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped (small)
Pour undrained salmon into a bowl and remove bones and skin then flake. Reserve juice. In separate bowl, mix egg, flour, lemon juice, and onion. Gently add salmon to this mixture. Pour enough oil in skillet to cover bottom and heat oil. Drop by Tablespoons into grease. Cook until edges begin to brown. Turn and cook on other side until done.
