Excellent Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 cups water
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
Sauté onions in a pan on medium to high heat with unsalted butter.

Bring water to a boil and let eggs sit in pan for 10-15 minutes.

Peel eggs and cut up the boiled eggs.

Stir eggs and mayo in a bowl and add the sautéed onions. Refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes.
