Balsamic Pesto For Vegetables Recipe

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/3 cups basil leaves, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar
Mix oil and garlic first. Then add basil, parmesan, salt and pepper. Add this mixture to freshly cooked vegetables and toss. Then add the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Toss and serve.
