Banana Pancakes Recipe

Bananas give your normal morning pancakes a kick. Delicious and nutritious, your family will enjoy these with or without maple syrup.

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 bananas, mashed

Sift together dry ingredients.

In small bowl, combine eggs, milk, and melted butter; add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Add mashed bananas and stir.

Bake on hot griddle or heavy fry pan with generous amount of butter or margarine.

NOTE: These will take twice as long as a regular pancakes to cook.
