Glaze for Ham Recipe

  • 1 frozen apple juice (3/4 cup 6 ounce )
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (8 ounce can)
Combined all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium high heat until thick and syrupy. Brush over a baked ham during the last half hour of cooking, or brush on thick slices and broil until golden brown. Makes 1 cup.
