5 Easy Ingredients Recipe

  • 1 green bell pepper (large)
  • 1 polska-kielbasa sausage (turkey or beef)
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 med-lg. onion (any kind)
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (include liquid) (28 ounce can)
Cut bell pepper and onion into large bite size pieces. Slice up sausage. Put into casserole dish. Add rice and tomatoes (including liquid). Stir together. Cover casserole dish and put in oven at 350° for 1 1/2 hrs.
