Grilled Cheese Crab Croissant Recipe

  • 4 packages Louis Kemp Imitation crab
  • 3 cups Bay shrimp
  • 1 can Tuna inch spring water (small can)
  • 1/2 cup White Zinfandel
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Grey Poupon - Country Style Mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 1 package grated cheese (large pkg)
  • 12 croissants halved
Using a copper, chop crab and shrimp into small pieces. In a large bowl mix tuna, crab and shrimp, add mayo, mustard and wine - not to soupy. Add the rest of the ingredients. Place croissants on foiled cookie sheet, spread mixture on croissants, top with cheese and bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
