Baked Spare Ribs Aloha Recipe

  • 3 pounds spareribs
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 -#2 can pineapple tidbits
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Cut ribs into serving pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in shallow baking pan and bake at 450 for 1/2 hour. Pour off excess fat. Reduce heat to 350°. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over ribs. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
