Stradda Recipe

  • 12 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 pound meat (i.e. bacon, sausage, or ham) you choose
  • 2 cups cheese shredded
  • bread
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
Remove crust from bread and butter both sides and place in bottom of pan to fit. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper in a bowl and beat well. Pour mixture over bread. Sometimes the bread will float up, but I push the bread back down if that happens. Sprinkle with meat and cheese. Cover and put in refrigerator over night. The next day, bake at 350 for one hour.
