Baked Chicken Breast 5 Recipe

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (bouillon cube)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
Cut 3 chicken breasts in half (6 pieces); skin & brown in butter. Set aside and add other ingredients to browning pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer until celery is tender. Put chicken breasts in a cake pan. Pour mushroom sauce over chicken and bake at 350° for 1 hour. For more gravy add 1 more can of soup and more broth.
