Russian Chicken 2 Recipe

  • 1 fryer
  • 1 bottle Russian salad dressing (8 ounce bottle)
  • 1 jar apricot preserves (8 ounce jar)
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350°, salt and pepper fryer to taste. Place fryer skin side up in baking dish. Combine soup mix, salad dressing, ad preserves. Pour over chicken and bake covered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
