Chicken & Mixed Vegetable Casserole Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 can French Fried Onions (3 ounce can)
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Combine chicken, vegetables, soup, milk and 1 C onions. Put in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, cover. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover, put remaining onions on top, continue baking for a few minutes. Can add grated cheese.
