Sausage Wonton Cups Recipe

  • 1/2 pound Pork Sausage
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (to oil muffin tins)
  • 1 package ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Fry sausage, drain. Add onions and dry ranch, mix well. Press wonton wrappers into greased muffin tins. Bake 350° for 6 - 7 minutes. Put in 1 - 2 T. sausage mixture, top with cheese. Bake 3 - 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
