Units used to cook food using a grilling method of cooking. The food is cooked without oils or liquids. The grilling units generally use electric elements to supply a constant heat source but there are also stovetop models available where the heat is supplied by the stove. They may have an open grill grate that the food is placed on or it may have a solid grooved grate. Indoor grills are most often small tabletop models rather than a unit on a stand.
