Trenette Pasta

A ribbon pasta that is similar to mafalda but thinner in width. It is slightly wider than ΒΌ inch and has a rippled edge on one side. Trenette is also used to refer to a ribbon pasta that is thicker than linguine and tagliatelle, but it is narrower in width, approximately 1/8 inch wide.
